Lernziel:
- Develop a solid understanding of diversity, inclusion, and participation.
- Strengthen English language skills and intercultural competencies.
- Prepare students for working in international and diverse environments.

Inhalt:
The course covers key issues of diversity, inclusion, and participation in contemporary societies. It addresses topics such as democratic participation, migration and social inequality, discrimination and racism, and intercultural communication. Further themes include diversity in healthcare, social entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as cultural, environmental, and community-based approaches to inclusion.
